Within the past 4 months, I’ve bought 3 pairs of Cielos from CRC. I absolutely love this company, there deals are unmatched and I’m not prepared for the day the loyalty discount disappears, should it ever. Not only is there customer service absolutely fantastic, I live in Bethesda, MD, so the trust and discovery of this company was such a coincidence and blessing. These guys absolutely rock and I will continue buying from this company until I hate running. I support these guys so much and wish only the best for them !!!!

I just happened to see a pair of sneakers on Commonwealth Running Company website that popped up through Shop Pay which they partner with and I had to get them. Not only did I get 1 pair I bought another pair too because I couldn't decide which one I liked more. Their prices are great which made it very appealing to get both sneakers, shipping was really fast, and their website was super easy to navigate. These are my first pairs of On sneakers and I love them both!!! Thank you Commonwealth Running Company I will be back!!!

The young staff was engaged and wonderful. Really listened to what I needed the shoes for, my foot build etc. I ended up getting 2 pair of shoes, they brought me 10 different pair to try on. Great job!

They are the best! Best return policy (wanting you to feel happy and comfortable with your purchase). At ease in spending the time to make sure you are buying what you need. The person who waited on me was an incredibly good listener to my response to wearing one shoe or another and finding exactly was felt right! Can't say enough good things about the store and the people working there.

Experience so far with Commonwealth has been outstanding! I’m glad I found these guys while searching for some new treads for the upcoming season. Became a loyalty member from the first purchase and I’d suggest the program to anyone who is planning on purchasing from them. Customer service has been beyond great! Emails or phone call they have been a pleasure to work with. Quick replies and quick to resolve anything that comes up. Also they just like talking about running footwear! I have been searching for weeks for a pair of shoes that can actually accommodate my feet. I have severe ingrown toenails and very wide feet, so I need an extremely wide toe box. I’ve gone to department stores, major brand name stores — everywhere — and couldn’t find anything that worked. The minute I called this store, Jacob was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He knew shoes and sizing off the top of his head. When I walked in, he was so kind and genuinely happy to help. He measured my feet, watched me walk, and really took the time to understand what I needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise). I ended up purchasing a pair of Topo shoes that he recommended — a brand I had heard good things about. The pricing was phenomenal, even slightly cheaper than the big chain stores. They had the exact color I wanted and the perfect size. I was in and out in about 30 minutes — after spending weeks searching and hours in other stores. They even have a treadmill so you can properly test the shoes before committing, which made a huge difference. I’m excited to see how these feel over the next few weeks. They also have a relaxed return policy, which gives peace of mind since feet and comfort can change. This is a locally owned business, and I would absolutely recommend supporting them. Incredible service, knowledgeable staff, and a truly personalized experience.

This company is fantastic! The shipping is super fast. I don’t usually keep the box of my shoes, but it’s in amazing condition. I’m just so glad that they show up on my shop pay app. Their prices are really competitive. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
